About This Journal
Advanced Issues in Criminal Law: Sex Offenses, is a course offered to upperclassmen at the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law. Each school year, students choose some of the most complex and innovative topics in the discipline as they complete their final essays. Each edition of this journal highlights students' research on these issues, as they examine evolving statutes, shifting social norms, and constitutional rights, through a legal lens.
