Submission Information

Submission Timeline

The first volume of Grawemeyer Colloquium Papers is scheduled to release Fall 2020 in tandem with the Grawemeyer Colloquium event. Please refer below for important dates regarding the Grawemeyer Colloquium Papers.



Recruitment for Paper Submissions using Submission Intake Form
All articles must be submitted within this time frame.
  • Early Submissions from Grawemeyer Scholars, August 14th - September 4th
  • Early Submissions from Honors Students and Mentored Scholars, September 4th - 17th
  • Open Call Submissions from all UofL undergraduates, September 17th - October 31st
  • August 14th - October 31st, 2020
     
    Close call for submissions, Finalize Review of Colloquium Reports
    Authors will be notified of the status of their article by this date, with rolling decisions.
    During this time period, authors of accepted submissions will be in correspondence with the editorial board to develop a final draft and will receive an invitation to the Grawemeyer Colloquium event.
    October 31st, 2020
     
    Compile and publish the Grawemeyer Colloquium Papers
    All final drafts will be incorporated into the journal collection and published on

    The Grawemeyer Colloquium event
    All accepted submissions will present a poster summary of their findings, hosted by UClub.

    6:30pm - 10:00 pm November 14th, 2020

    How to Submit

    When you go to Submit an Article you will need to login with your UofL credentials (please use the login for your ulink account). From there you will be walked through a prompts to submit your article. The submission process consists of the following steps:

    1. Read and accept the Article Submission Agreement
    2. Provide information about yourself
    3. Provide information about other authors or mentors
    4. Upload your article and related items. If needed, you may upload additional files.
    5. Upload Grawemeyer Colloquium Submission Agreement

    Before you begin please make sure you have the following items

    • Article Title
    • Keywords for your article
    • Articles in one of the following formats: Microsoft Word or RTF

    *Note: GCP advises all articles be written in APA 6th edition style.
