Journal of Student Financial Aid
Abstract
This article examines the administration of student financial aid programs at institutional and state levels. Drawing on the results of a project in Florida, the authors argue that a statewide evaluation involving institutional financial aid administrators, system-level individuals, and others may promote changes beneficial to students and administrators. Particular emphasis is given to the role that institutional financial aid administrators can play in a participatory state-level review process.
