To address the magnitude of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, we are expanding the focus areas of the Journal of Respiratory Infections (JRI) and dedicating the current volume as a Special Issue focused on COVID-19 Pandemic Response. As part of this special issue, JRI is now accepting articles that discuss the impact or implications of COVID-19 from all disciplines. In addition, we have added new article types to best support the distribution of this new knowledge and provide opportunity for rapid peer-review that will help heal the global community.Standard Issue: Volume 4 (2020)
